There were 34 tourists - citizens of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan at the overturned bus near the Turkish Antalya, Kazakh Foreign Ministry Press Secretary Ilyar Omarov told KazTAG correspondent on May 23.
"The tourists arrived at the Antalya airport and headed for the Alanya city. When they were passing the Manavgat city, an accident took place," he said.
The press secretary said the ambulance hospitalized 23 people, including 21 Kazakhs and two Kyrgyz people.
Immediately after first aid, doctors found that 10 people did not need further hospitalization. "They went on holiday," Omarov said.
One Kazakh tourist is in intensive care with craniocerebral trauma. "He came to consciousness. Doctors assess his condition as satisfactory," the press secretary said.
In his note, 6-7 people were discharged in the near future.
"The state of the remaining is normal. Some time is necessary for their treatment," the Kazakh Foreign Ministry's official said.
"Fortunately, there are no victims," he added.
