Kazakhstan urges for non-nuclear world: president Nazarbayev

Kazakhstan is making efforts to found a global movement for non-nuclear world, President Nursultan Nazarbaye's greetings to the third forum of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council read out by Foreign Minister Marat Tajin said.

Recently, Nazarbayev proposed to announce August 29, a day when nuclear ground was closed in Kazakhstan, World Day of Refusing Mass Destruction Weapons.

"We are ready to submit our proposals for NATO consideration," the greetings by the president said.
