Georgia, Tbilisi, 30July / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia / U.S. ambassador to Georgia John Teft presented two trucks to the Border Police of Georgia. The cost of transport means totals $280,000.
They were supplied with modern equipment and can move through difficult territory. Georgian border guards were given other equipment costing more than $100,000.
"The security of Georgian borders is very important for the Georgian people, but Georgia assumes a transit importance, and for this reason, the security of its borders has an international significance as well" said the ambassador.
