Georgian Vice-Speaker, Paata Davitaia, considers Russian prime-minister, Vladimir Putin's Visit to Abkhazia as the next step of aggression.
Putin's visit to Suhumi on Aug.12 and Russian President Dmitriy Medvedyev's visit to Tskhinvali will be discussed in the meetings in U.S, Paata added.
Russia uses aggression not only through weapons. Putin's actions clearly show the Kremlin's aggressive actions against Georgia continue. At present, Russia is in a diplomatic war. If the Kremlin does not change its policy, this will lead to the disintegration of Russia, just as it was with the Soviet Union," Paata added.
According to Davitaia, the West does not pass off Putin's visit to Sukhumi and respond to it, like the European Union reacted to the Medvedyev's visit to Tskhinvali.
Paata also doubted whether Moscow would be able to keep Putin's promise given to Abkhazia to spend $15 billion on its security by late 2010.
