The Ministries of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and Ukraine signed a cooperation agreement.
On Sept. 18 in Baku, the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and Ukraine signed an agreement on joint action plan for 2009-2011.
From Azerbaijani side, the document was signed by the Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, and from the Ukrainian side - Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Shandra.
The document envisages cooperation between the two ministries in the field of disaster prevention within the intergovernmental agreement on cooperation.
