President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has today visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity, AzerTaj state news agency reported on Oct. 2.
A ceremonial guard of honor was lined up for the Kazakh President here.
Nursultan Nazarbayev laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
A military orchestra played the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
The Kazakh President was informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs.
President Nursultan Nazarbayev enjoyed a panoramic view of the Azerbaijani capital.
