Obstacles in BSEC's activity are connected with conflicts in the region, Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Mahmoud Mammadguliyev said.
"Obstacles in BSEC's activity are connected with conflicts in the region. They hamper to make cooperation more productive," Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Mahmoud Mammadguliyev told Trend .
During its chairmanship in the organization Azerbaijan submitted proposals to change the organization's charter on increase of working groups' effectiveness. There are 19 working groups in the organization, deputy minister said.
BSEC's foreign ministers will operate in this sphere, Mammadguliyev said.
