Preparations for the municipal elections in Azerbaijan have been held in accordance with the law, he said. The population did not experience any dissatisfaction, he added.

About 289 web-cameras were installed in 37 districts of the country, including the Absheron region, 189 in Baku and 25 in Nakhchivan. Those desiring can observe the election process through the Internet.
The CEC registered 48,388 observers, including 1,160 local observers and 52 foreign observers.
