Georgia's plans do not include support for certain candidate participating in Ukraine's presidential elections: Georgia's President

Georgia, Tbilisi, Jan. 15 / Trend N. Kirtskhalia /
The Georgian President said Georgia's plans do not include support for a certain candidate participating in Ukraine's presidential elections, the Georgian President press-speaker Manana Manjgaladze said at a today's briefing.
She said Georgia does not interfere in Ukraine's elections. It will not protect interests of one of candidates as well. "The President said that strong, democratic and independent Ukraine is Georgia's friendly country. The Georgian side's support for a certain candidate is ruled out and impossible," Manjgaladze said.
Manjgaladze said all major candidates participating in the elections were initially informed about participation of Georgian observers in the elections of the Ukrainian President.
She said the Georgian side is ready to ensure unobstructed participation of Ukrainian observers in Georgia's planned elections.
