The Georgian border patrol detained a Russian citizen attempting to illegally cross the Georgian-Turkish border. He was detained on Mount Macharula in the Shuahevsk region, the Georgian border patrol told Trend.
The border guards identified the arrested individual as Grozny resident Mohamed Dudayev.
A criminal case was filed. An investigation is underway.
