President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov's official visit to Azerbaijan has ended on March 2.
The President was seen off at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by department head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov, Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev and other officials.
