Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili sent a letter of condolence to the U.S. President.
Saakashvili expressed his deep regret over the tragedy that occurred in Missouri as a result of a powerful tornado that killed more than a hundred people and left many people homeless, Georgian Presidential Administration told Trend.
On behalf of the Georgian Government and Georgian people, Saakashvili offered condolences to the U.S. Administration, the American people and the bereaved families.
"Our thoughts and prayers are directed to those who suffered this tragedy," the message says.
