The Georgian radical opposition's rallies in front of the Georgian Public Broadcasting Company in Tbilisi began with speeches by the People's Assembly's leaders.

"The People's Assembly will follow up its decision on the power change," Democratic Movement leader Nino Burjanadze said in her speech.

The Italian partisans' anthem Bela chao was again performed to support the spirit of the protesters.

Soon the protesters will make a procession toward Freedom Square.

The deadline for permission to hold rallies issued by the Tbilisi City Hall to the People's Assembly expires today.
