Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is attending the International Humanitarian Forum in Baku.
Stressing that Azerbaijan is cooperating closely with PACE, Mammadyarov said that this cooperation covers many spheres and brings effective results, Foreign Ministry told Trend on Tuesday.
Cavusoglu, thanking for organization of the International Humanitarian Forum at high level, expressed confidence that the Forum will greatly contribute to the development of multiculturalism.
Cavusoglu said that PACE appreciates Azerbaijan's role in intercultural dialogue.
During the meeting the sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
