President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inspected construction of Tufan Summer and Winter Alpine Skiing Complex in Gabala.
The facility is located four kilometers from Gabala.
The President was told that the complex would have 10 ski slopes with the total length of 18,000 meters.
The facility will serve up to 3,000 people a day.
The Head of State was also informed of Aquapark leisure and entertainment center which will be built in Gabala.
President Ilham Aliyev was told that the complex would have the retractable roof. It will feature different water attractions.
The Head of State then viewed a model of Golf Resort sport and leisure center to be built in the region.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed that Golf Academy and Club would also be created in Gabala.
The President stressed the necessity of carrying out the construction work in line with highest standards.
