Trend: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed his condoles to President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov over a plane crash in the Kazan.
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich! I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of life in a plane crash in the Kazan airport. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead, and to the entire Russian people," a letter of condolence to President of Russia said.
"Dear Rustam Nurgaliyevich! I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of life in the aftermath of a plane crash in the Kazan airport. I have also been very sorrow to learn that your son Irek was among those who were tragically killed in the accident. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead," a letter of condolence to President of Tatarstan said.
