Viktor Yanukovych, who has declared his legitimacy as Ukraine's president, does not intend to appeal to someone for military support, RIA Novosti reported on Feb. 28.
"Any military actions in such a situation are unacceptable. And I am not going to ask for a military support," he said at a press conference in Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
