The Pardon Issues Commission under the President of Azerbaijan considered about 100 appeals at the commission’s meeting Jan. 30, Rashad Majid, a member of the commission, told Trend.
He added that in general, the commission received about 800 appeals, and they are still under consideration.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev pardoned 423 people by his order on March 16, 2017.
