FUZULI, Azerbaijan, July 27. Azerbaijan is quickly rebuilding Karabakh, German traveler Joachim von Loeben from the Most Traveled People (MTP) tourist club told Trend.
He pointed out that it was his first visit to Azerbaijan and that he is very impressed by the country.
According to von Loeben, he and other members of the delegation visited the northern part of the country, specifically the Guba district, and then traveled to Karabakh, which is very impressive and interesting to visit, especially due to the rapid reconstruction efforts taking place there.
"We first visited Shusha. I enjoyed the city. Today, we saw the Khudafarin Bridge in Jabrayil, on the border with Iran. It's an interesting and beautiful structure. We are very happy to have seen all of this," he said.
The traveler from Germany pointed out that the delegation is visiting a demining camp.
He expressed hope that the international community will provide the necessary support for demining the liberated territories.
To note, over 360 international travelers from almost 50 countries have visited Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur 10 times in large groups during the last 4 years.
A group of international travelers made another trip to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur on July 25–27, organized by the travel club MTP (Most Traveled People), one of the four largest networks of travelers around the world. This is the 11th MTP trip in a row. The group is led by Charles Veley, who is the founder and head of the MTP club. His name is in the top 10 in the international ranking of world travelers. Previously, Veley has traveled to the liberated territories four times, in three of which he led MTP lineups.
