BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 30. First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, and other high-ranking officers of the Ministry inspected the service and combat activities of Azerbaijan Air Force military units, Trend reports, referring to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
Colonel General Valiyev met with flight and technical personnel of a military air base and inquired about the level of flight training of military aircraft, maneuverability capabilities, effective combat use of aircraft, and the condition of flight landing strips.
He also met with the cadets of the development course at the Training and Educational Center of the Air Force. The Chief of the General Staff gave relevant tasks on further improvement of combat training, professional level of servicemen, and practical mastery of modern weapons and equipment in the armament.
