BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 17. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed the law “On Amendments to the Law on State Duty,” introducing new state duties for issuing licenses related to military equipment and weapons, Trend reports.
The amendments set new state duties for licenses concerning military equipment and weapons, which are classified as licensed types of entrepreneurial activity. Specifically, the fees are as follows:
- 10,000 manat (approximately $5,882) for designing military
equipment for combat purposes and weapons;
- 50,000 manat (approximately $29,411) for production and
testing;
- 12,500 manat (approximately $7,353) for installation, assembly,
repair, and maintenance;
- 12,500 manat (approximately $7,353) for storage;
- 10,000 manat (approximately $5,882) for utilization.
Additionally, the fees for ammunition are:
- 10,000 manat (approximately $5,882) for design;
- 50,000 manat (approximately $29,411) for production and
testing;
- 12,500 manat (approximately $7,353) for installation, assembly,
repair, and maintenance;
- 12,500 manat (approximately $7,353) for storage;
- 10,000 manat (approximately $5,882) for disposal.
