BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 15. The operation carried out by the State Security Service in the Gusar District confirms the high level of professionalism within Azerbaijan's security agencies, political scientist Azer Garayev told local media, Trend reports.
“Our sspecial services are composed of professional staff, and preventing such a provocation shows that they are always prepared for any threats. This operation was conducted with high precision. To carry it out, security personnel worked around the clock, demonstrating exceptional skill to bring the terrorists to justice. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to hold them accountable,” he said.
The expert noted that the operation also served as an important preventative measure.
“This preventative action was not only in the interest of our society but also sent a signal to the whole world, as well as to countries and security agencies that do not favor us. We showed that sabotage plans against us have no chance of success. This caused a wide resonance. Everyone saw true professionals work within Azerbaijan’s security bodies,” Garayev added.
