36 CANDIDATES FROM �REFORMS’ BLOC REFUSED FROM PARTICIPATION IN ELECTIONS

“36 people balloting from the �Reforms’ bloc refused from the participation in the parliamentary elections,” Mirmammad Alizada, the chairman of the World of Democratic Azerbaijan Party included in the bloc, told Trend.

Alizada noted that the constitutors of the bloc supposed this beforehand. “4 people recall their candidacy in favor of opposition candidates Asim Mollazada, Fazil Gazanfaoglu, Gudrat Hassanguliyev and Sabir Rustamkhanli, 20 вЂ" candidates of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, 12 - non-party candidates,” Alizade stressed.

He appreciated the step as existence of warm relations between political forces in Azerbaijan. “They voluntarily recalled their candidacy. It must be regarded as normal in the elections. The bloc approved this,” Alizada added.
