“All people registered in Saatli constituency 62 sign memorandum to prevent falsification of the elections,” Mubariz Humbatov, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan National Democratic Party, who ballots from the same constituency, told Trend.
He also noted that the signing of memorandum continues.The document was presented to candidates by Shamil Hajibayli, the chairman of the organization of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (PFAP-reformers) in the Saatli region.
Humbatov also stressed that he sent an appeal to the candidates balloting from this constituency and proposed to determine single candidates, but they had not replied yet. The copies of the document will be sent to international organizations.
