Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, signed a decree on appointment of Shahin Karim oglu Mammadov the head of the Aghjabadi region Executive Power on Monday, Trend reports. Earlier Mamedov was the head of the Samukh region Executive Power.
The President also appointed Tahir Maharram oglu Gulkiyev, the former head of the Nasimi district Executive Power of Baku, the head of the Khyzy region Executive Power.
The same day Aliyev dismissed Fakhraddin Hassanov, the head of the Aghjabadi region Executive Power, and Khudayat Jabbarov, the head of the Khyzy region Executive Power.
