President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmud Ahmedinedjad on the National Holiday, the Day of the Islamic Revolution, Trend reports.
The message, particularly, notes I hope the relations of friendship and peaceful neighbourhood between Azerbaijan and Iran based on deep historic roots will develop for the benefit of the both peoples.
The head of the Azerbaijan state sent also congratulatory message to the Irans spiritual leader Ayatollah Seyid Ali Hamenei.
