International Red Cross Committee (IRCC) alongside the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan is leading training for militaries of Azerbaijans army. The trainings cover the issues of protection of military conflicts casualties, military action rules and limitations, etc., IRCC officials told Trend.
William Bau, Regional representative for work with military forces, IRCCР , took part at opening of the courses; 15 officers were participating in the training run. This is the third training in a row IRCC leads since early March 2005.
The trainings are led as per the agreement signed with the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, IRCC officials said.
