Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is planning to discuss post election situation in Azerbaijan on Friday, May 19, reports Trend.
The sixth point of the agenda of the session will be devoted to Azerbaijan. In particular, Andreas Gross and Andreas Herkel, supplementary reports readers are expected to deliver a speech.
The discussion will include results of repeated parliamentary elections conducted today (13 May) and resolution 1480 (2006) of PACE.
The Azerbaijan delegation in PACE are also expected to participate in the session.
The participators of the session will exchange their opinions regarding situation in Albania, Serbia, Montenegro and Moldavia. Measures to improve monitoring procedures have also been discussed.
