Coordination and Advisory medjlis В"In the name of free and fair electionsВ" that unites all NGOs will monitor the course of elections at all polling stations, Trend reports quoting Arzu Abdullayeva, coordinator of the medjlis.
Abdullayeva said the medjlis alongside the monitoring will also count votes. By the totals of elections the report will be drawn to be further submitted to international organizations and the countrys public and state authorities.
The election process will also be monitored by group of human rights watchers.
