The Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey, Zakir Hashimov, told Trend that a ceremonial foundation of the Heydar Aliyev Park will be held in Ankara on 16 October 2006.
The Diplomat added that those attending the ceremony will be the heads of diplomatic missions, MPs, members of the Azerbaijani-Turkish friendship group, head of municipalities, the Mayor of Ankara, students and representatives of the Heydar Aliyev School based in Ankara. Officials of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry will also be in attendance.
