The results of the municipal elections held on October 6 in Azerbaijan will be discussed in the fall session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe on November 15 in Moscow, the Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe in Azerbaijan Denis Bribosia briefed journalists, Trend reports.
The Moscow meeting will hold discussions, and it intended to adopt a document as a result of monitoring of observers of the Congress.
Bribosia stressed that the concluding opinion regarding this issue will be announced during the Moscow session.
