Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov on the occasion of national holiday Day of Independence, Trend reports.
The President voiced his confidence that the traditionally friendly relationships between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, consolidation of neighborhood and mutually profitable cooperation will further serve interests of nations, as well as peace and security in the region.
