Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamghizi / Zaur Ramazanov, the Head of the Department on Work with Social-Political Organizations at the Baku City Executive Power, reported that the two organizations representing the Azerbaijani Democratic Party (ADP) had applied to the Executive Power of Baku City Apparat.

The organizations applied for provision of premises to hold a Congress of the ADP scheduled on April 14th. The document had been signed by Akif Shahbazov. Another appeal undersigned by Rustamov requests to reject the previous appeal. Ramazanov stated that the Executive Power of Baku does not interfere into internal affairs of any political party. "How can the Executive Power define who is right and who is wrong? It is not the Executive Power to do. The sides should resolve the problem at the court, at the Ministry of Justice, or as a last resort, make the situation clear with the lawyers' help," Ramazanov added.

Since the requests are quite controversial, the matter will be discussed by the lawyers of the Executive power and both parties will be replied appropriately.
