Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 April / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / Agil Khalil, a correspondent of the Azadlig newspaper, who was stabbed in the chest on 13 March, will bring AzTV, Lider, Space and ATV channels to court, Azar Ahmadov, director of Azadlig newspaper, reported to Trend .
On 13 March, at 8.00pm Agil Khalil, a journalist of the Azadlig newspaper, was stabbed in the chest by an unknown assailants. He was immediately taken to the Clinical Medical Centre where he was operated upon.
Khalil has sent the letters to the aforementioned channels to apologize for broadcasting the information about him without his consent or he would bring an action against the channels. Journalist blames the channels of slander, disparagement and psychological pressure.
On 7 April, the aforesaid channels distributed the information connected with beating of Khalil. The information said that assail on Khalil was committed on the ground of untraditional interactions of the assailant with him.
Khalil has appealed to Zakir Garallov, Prosecutor, against the actions of Ali Guliyev, investigator of the Investigation Department on heinous crimes.
The attorney Elchin Sadigov stated about violation of his rights on freedom of right and immunity, preterlegal actions during trial, as well as demands that the employee of the Department should pay for moral damage.
