Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 May / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / By the decision of the Yasamal District Court of Baku Mehmet Harun Kayaji, Deputy Chairman of the Independent Party of Turkey, was released on 23 May.
Kayaji was jailed by the Republic Martial Prosecutor Office of Azerbaijan in October 2007. Kayaji and several other persons were accused with the Article 168 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
The Judge Khagani Tagiyev stated to Trend that Kayaji and Lankaran Latifov were sentenced to reformative work.
Gokhan Demir was fined 1,000 conventional unit.
