Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 4 / Trend , R.Ergun/
Azerbaijani football clubs have been granted more time to build their own stadiums. The decision was passed at a meeting between Azerbaijani Football Federations Association (AFFA) President Rovnag Abdullayev and club heads on Feb. 4.
Earlier the clubs were ordered to build their own stadiums to prevent three or four teams from using one stadium at the same time. They were given until next season to finish construction.
Abdullayev decided to give the clubs more time to build the stadiums due to the global financial crisis.
Khazar-Lankaran, Inter, Karvan, Simurg, Turan, Garabag and Mugan have their own stadiums.
