Head coach of Turkish football club Galatasaray dismissed

Leadership of Turkish football club Galatasaray dismissed head coach of team Bulent Korkmaz.

Ex-captain Korkmaz was dismissed because the team failed in the last football season of the country, Turkish media outlets said.  

Korkmaz was appointed head coach of Turkishclub on February 24 after German specialist Michael Skibbe was dismissed. Ex-captain Korkmaz as head coach of Galatasaray 12 times led the team in Turkish super-league but three times in cup UEFA matches. Galatasaray headed by Bulent Korkmaz won seven matches, made a draw in four matches, as well as lost in four matches.

Galatasaray could rank the fifth place in Turkish championship in the end of season. Despite all this leadership of the club thanked Korkmaz for his work.
