The parents of four killed soldiers in Azerbaijan will appeal to appropriate structures with a requirement of well-deserved punishment with regards to the sergeant, who killed four solders.
"Parents Sergeant, killed four soldiers, claiming that their son suffers from a mental disorder in an attempt to save his son from punishment. As a soldier who went to military service medobsledovanie may be mental illness?", - Said on Saturday the parents of dead soldiers during the briefing the press center of the news company Trend.
"The parents of the sergeant who killed four soldiers confirm that their son suffers from a mental disorder. How a soldier who went to military service may be mentally sick?," the parents of dead soldiers said during the briefing at the press center of Trend Company.
On May 23, soldier Orkhan Sharifov killed soldiers Taleh Hidayatov, Ramin Atashov and Shahriyar Hasanov and wounded Punhan Hasanov and Mustafa Sayfulov by firing from a gun at a training centre of the Defense Ministry's military unit N near the Seyfali village in the Shamkir region.
The Agjabadi Region Military Commissariat drafted Safarov for military service in January 2008, the Defense Ministry reported.
According to unofficial data, before the case, Safarov was subject to undisciplined actions and insult by the persons whom he killed.
