Most often citizens of Kyrgyzstan complain about violation of their rights by representatives of local law enforcement agencies, the Kyrgyz Ombudsman institute informed the news agency 24.kg Monday.
Only during the first six months of 2009 the institute registered 123 letters of complaint about human rights violations by law machinery agents, prosecutor's office and State Committee of National Security, 115 complaints against judicial authorities, 35 - against medical care institutes.
In total the Ombudsman Institute has counted 4,651 complaint letters within first six months of 2009.
