The World Juniors Judo Championships took place in Paris on Oct.22.
Azerbaijani Judoka, Ilqar Mushkiyev (55kg) won the Austrian Sportsman, Matias Hemeri in the first round.
In the quarter final, the Azerbaijani sportsman won the Armenian Judoka, Grigor Avanyan and reached 4/1 final.
About 6 boys and 3 girls attend the event. On the first day of the championship 2 Azerbaijanis have shown performance.
