The Azerbaijani government has approved the methodology and rules of budget norms to ensure the first vocational education institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
The rules provide standards for the calculation of salaries of staff and freelances, other money transactions on wage, supplements to wage, printing costs, costs of maintenance and other expenses.
The method of calculation is used to determine the budget requirements for the activity of the first vocational-technical educational institutions.
