The results of the contest for the Azerbaijani media outlets have been announced Aug.30, the Fund of State Support for the Development of Mass Media under President of Azerbaijan Republic told Trend.
The Fund's meeting held Aug.30 discussed the results of the contest of projects of media outlets and media organizations, announced Aug.2, the report said.
Executive Director Vugar Safarli spoke about the projects submitted for the contest. The fund received 41 projects on 15 directions. According to him, 20 projects were received from newspapers' editorial offices, 12 - from media organizations and nine - from news agencies.
The meeting discussed the results of the contest, and, the winner projects were determined taking into account the views of experts. Among the winners are 19 newspapers, six news agencies and five media organizations.
