Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 16 / Trend K.Zarbaliyeva /
A single-window system may be applied in the Azerbaijani municipalities in the future, head of the Justice Ministry's Center for Work with Municipalities Mehdi Salimzade told Trend.
He said today the use of such a system is unrealistic. First, a modern form should be redeveloped for organization of municipalities' activities.
Salimzade said the municipalities get management, as well as authority, to issue relevant certificates and other supporting documents, on the basis of improved legislation, then this system may be applied.
"Once again, I note that the use of a "single window" is only possible if the municipality has the right to issue documents having the force of the state act," Salimzade said.
He said if such a document is issued by a municipality, then a single-window system can be applied. "Citizens will appeal to a municipality and provide certain documents, and will get a document after some time without any red tape," he added.
