Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov will attend the Twelfth Conference of Sports Ministers of the Council of Europe, which will open in the Serbian capital of Belgrade on March 15.
As the Youth and Sports Ministry told Trend on Wednesday, key topics of the conference will be maintaining integrity and purity of sports and the fight against match-fixing. The conference will also discuss current political issues of pan-European sports cooperation.
A presentation of plans for European cooperation in sports will be held at the conference.
Since the previous conference of European sports ministers was held in Baku, then according the procedure, Rahimov will be a co-chair at the next conference.
