Ambassadors and Azerbaijani students studying abroad meet within ASAIF forum (PHOTO)

A meeting of Azerbaijani ambassadors working in different countries and Azerbaijani students studying abroad was held in Budapest, Hungary within ASAIF "I am a young ambassador" forum, the Youth and Sports Ministry told Trend today.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Hungary Vilayat Guliyev, Azerbaijani ambassador to Poland Hasan Hasanov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Great Britain Fahraddin Gurbanov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Germany Parviz Shahbazov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Lithuania Hasan Mammadzade, Azerbaijani ambassador to Italy Vagif Sadihov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Austria Galib Israfilov and Azerbaijani ambassador to Ukraine Eynulla Madatli attended the meeting.
Ambassadors stressed that active, intelligent young people, having a broad outlook, are the great potential of Azerbaijan's future.
"Representatives of different countries can obtain information about Azerbaijan in state bodies," ambassadors stressed. "But young people play a significant role to fully inform the world youth about Azerbaijan, its history and culture."
At present, about 3,000 Azerbaijani students study in Ukraine, more than 1,000 in Great Britain. The gradual increase in the number of students is a special contribution to the future of Azerbaijan.
The ambassadors advised the students not to forget their own traditions, language and history.
"Innovations must be everywhere," Hasanov said.
Then, the sides exchanged views on various topics.
