According to Jabbarov, the delivery of personnel training is very important.

Jabbarov also noted that after Azerbaijan gained its independence in 1990, about 100 students were sent to study in Turkey by national leader Heydar Aliyev.

There are around 200 students there from different countries of the world. The university has about 75 international treaties. The university also participated in five international projects," Jabbarov added.
