Istanbul security forces held an operation to arrest drug dealers on Friday morning, Haber7 newspaper reported.
The operation which involved helicopters and was carried out at several locations. Over 30 people were detained as a result. Those arrested were transferred to the Anti-drug Department of Turkey's Secretariat General on security.
A large quantity of drugs was revealed during the operation. A criminal case has begun on the evidence.
