BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. Azerbaijani Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) has released the statistics on de-mining operations in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories for the past week, Trend reports via Azerbaijani Mine Action Agency.
A total of 46 anti-personnel and 126 anti-tank mines, as well as 170 unexploded ordnance, were discovered and cleared during demining operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan from April 18 through April 23.
Territories with a total area of 475.7 hectares were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance during this period, the report said.
