The first international culinary festival in Shusha reflected the high level of economic development and international relations, power of Azerbaijan, a well-known international expert in culinary sphere, gastro diplomat from Peru Guillermo Gonzalez told Trend, while visiting Shusha as part of the festival.
"Holding such a level of large-scale events requires great efforts and professionalism, international experience," he said.
Gonzalez said international culinary festival in Shusha was organized at a very high level, not only the cuisines of the peoples of the world and an interesting cultural program were presented, famous culinary specialists and specialists took part.
He also pointed to national values, which, he said, were very important in the modern period in the consolidation of countries on the path to peace and development, the establishment of good relations.
