On Friday the Court on Hard Crimes under the chairmanship of judge Mehdi Assadova held preparatory court sitting on the case of servicemen major Ceyhun Gasimov, colonel- lieutenant Mubariz Feyzulayev, officers Tarlan Eldarov, Nabi Nasirov, ensigns Parviz Latifov, Khagani Dashdamirov and soldier Mushvig Mustafayev, Trend reports.
The investigation revealed that Mustafayev was dispatched to the Military Unit in Tovuz region on 8 April 2005, but he paid $200 per month to the officers for absence.
The defendants partly plead guilty. The trial will continue on 30 November.
